Join Align&Refine Yoga for their second 100-hour intensive program!
Discover and explore the different muscular efforts needed in the shoulder, spine, and front body to actively go into backbends and come out of it with stability.
Learn techniques to release the front body and other muscles that may inhibit your backbending range of motion and strengthen the muscles that you’ll need to stabilise to move into deeper backbends safely and progressively.
This 100-hour learning course will be divided into five weekends, including the following:

• Individualized Physical Homework
• Philosophy & Journaling
• Course Manual
• Online Support
At the end of this 5-weekend program and 30 additional practice hours, students will receive a 100-hour certification as part of his/her yoga continuing education hours.

Marc Macadaeg is the Head of Faculty at Urban Ashram Yoga. He has over 1000 hours of teacher training certifications from recognized yoga schools like YogaWorks and SmartFlow Yoga, and has studied under the founders of the schools, Maty Ezraty (YogaWorks) and Annie Carpenter (SmartFlow Yoga).
Marc developed the Align & Refine Yoga class format in Urban Ashram Yoga to address the need for a more individualized and intuitive kind of practice for mixed level classes.
