Designed as an introduction for beginners and a refresher for returning students, this 2-day, 4-hour weekend course offers foundational knowledge and practical tips before starting a Yoga practice.

100-Hour Backbend Intensive Program

3 February – 4 March 2018

Discover and explore the different muscular efforts needed in the shoulder, spine, and front body to actively go into backbends and come out of it with stability.
