What is Aqua Firma Yoga?
Aqua Firma is intended as a support to your regular yoga (or any physical) practice. Designed to strengthen the body, specifically the legs, arms, back, core and side body, this class combines the movements of Yoga and Pilates on a balance board.
Build total-body strength and stability in this dynamic and powerful class. Prepare to sweat from the deep muscle burn, get an endorphin high and a centered mind after practice. The instability of the balance board prepares you for SUP Yoga as well.
Whether young or old, male or female, anyone can enjoy this practice and feel successful.

Lalah de Dios is a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher and Certified SUP Yoga Teacher. She is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a Bachelor Degree of Sports Science in UP Diliman.
