Divine Rest: Sound Journey with Crystal Singing Bowls

Join us as we welcome the New Year with good vibrations. Experience the gentle and soothing yet powerful energy of harmonic alchemy crystal singing bowls through a sound bath meditation with Cahaya Koa.

A sound bath (or sound meditation) is a meditative session where sound is intentionally used as a tool to bring one into a deep state of relaxation where restoration and releasing of stress can occur. All you have to do is lie down and listen.

Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga clothes are not necessary.

Mats and blankets will be provided. You are also welcome to bring your own pillow, blanket, eye mask/cover, or anything else that will allow you to rest with comfort.

It’s best to eat light a few hours leading up to the sound bath.

Most importantly, bring an open mind.

Meg Tarrobago a.k.a. Cahaya Koa, creator of Divine Rest™, introduces an ancient practice to the present day and inspires the modern culture to shift the way they engage with sound through the act of listening for a soul-centered evolution. She is a certified sound therapist and meditation guide with advanced training in vibrational or quantum medicine that facilitates sound bath gatherings in the Philippines.

By blending a holistic approach to well-being with the transformative power of sound, her intuitively designed sessions allow someone to deeply relax, to access meditative states where the body can rejuvenate, and to connect with oneself on a deeper level which is much needed in this day and age.
