Who are your trainers:  

Joan Hyman - 25 years of practicing and teaching yoga; in 2018 taught in 16 cities around the world; started as a lead trainer for YogaWorks; continued on as Director for Training for Wanderlust and in the last 2 years, started her own independent path of running her own teacher training programs, workshops and mentorship programs.  In 2019 and each year, she continues to study and dedicate time for her studies and practice from her long-time teachers Maty Ezraty and Annie Carpenter and  new-found teachers, Rod Stryker and ….

JP Cox - 8 years of teaching beginners who have also become teachers.  Co-Founder and Faculty Director of Urban Ashram Yoga and is completing her certification to be one of the first Asian trainers for the 200-Hour of YogaWorks Teacher Training.  She continues to teach regular classes  and expand her yoga career while being a full-time mom to 3 children.
