Recognizing the thoughts that lead us to worry is complex. We will identify ways to manage this through a shift in our internal dialogue using anchors that brings us back to the present moment. Coming out of this session, the participant will feel refreshed and grounded with one or two tools that they can use every time to help lessen the intensity of worry.
