Frankincense
Extraction Method: Steam Distilled
Color: Colorless to pale yellow clear liquid.
Description: Frankincense essential oil has a rich woody, earthy scent with a deeply mysterious nuance. Frankincense from India is a mild and less pungent variety.
Blends well with: Bergamot, Cedarwood, Chamomile, Cinnamon Bark, Ginger
Common Uses: Frankincense essential oil is highly prized in the perfumery industry and in Aromatherapy. It is widely used in skincare products’ manufacturing as it is considered a valuable ingredient having remarkable anti-aging, rejuvenating and healing properties. The scent of Frankincense is stimulating, helps in overcoming stress and despair, elevating the mind, and is also believed to encourage a meditative state, bringing balance and peace to individuals.

Orange Sweet
Processing Method: Cold Pressed then Steam Distilled
Description:
A middle note with a medium aroma, more intense and concentrated than the usual orange essential oils
Has a sweet, citrusy smell of orange peels
Blends well with: Lavender, Bergamot, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Clove Bud

Cedarwood
Description:
This essential oil is imported from India and is steam distilled from the wood part of the Cedarwood tree.
The oil is yellowish to brown with a thin consistency.
The aroma is woody with a hint of camphoraceous and smoky scent, making it a strong middle note when combined with other oils.
It is commonly blended well with Bergamot, Jasmine, Frankincense, Lavender, Lemon, Lime, Rosemary and Ylang Ylang.
Common Uses:
Helps with respiratory infections, congestion, catarrh, bronchitis, coughs, urinary tract infections, cellulite, wounds, acne, dermatitis and occasional insomnia.
Caution:

Clove Bud
Processing Method: Steam Distillation
Description:
The oil is pale yellow to clear yellow in color and has a medium strength aroma.
It is a middle note with a spicy and rich smell.

Kills bacteria that causes acne and commonly used in treating warts
Expectorant - clears congestion caused by coughs, colds and sinusitis
Clears and disinfects air in rooms
Relieves anxiety - relaxing, comforting and promotes focus
Loosens up tight muscles and soothes muscle aches and pains due to its warming effect
Application and Usage Tips:
Mosquito Repellent - mix 5 to 10 drops to 250ml of virgin coconut oil or any other carrier oil and apply to arms and legs before going out. To keep mosquitoes off an area, put a few drops of clove bud and citronella into your diffuser
Relieves Nausea - put a few drops of clove bud and a few drops of peppermint into your diffuser
Stress Reliever - Clove Bud essential oil is an aphrodisiac by nature and acts as a brain stimulator, easing mental exhaustion and fatigue.
Soothes Muscle Aches - put 5 to 8 drops of clove into 50ml of carrier oil and apply onto affected area to relieve muscle aches and pains
Can be used on soaps, balms, massage oils, bath oils, and home scenting products.
Blends well with: Bergamot, Cinnamon, Lavender, Lemon, Orange Sweet, Peppermint and Rosemary essential oils.
Precaution:
When applied to skin, this oil can cause sensitization and should be properly diluted with a carrier oil prior to use.
Should also be avoided during pregnancy.
Bergamot
Description:
Light yellowish green to yellowish brown with a thin consistency characteristic of most citrus essential oils.
Aroma is citrus and fruity whilst being a little warm, spicy with floral undertone.
Middle note with medium strength.
Always use in dilution and can be mixed into preparations for massage oils, balms, creams, lotions, soaps and other bath, body and home scenting products.
Blends well with Pepper Black, Frankincense, Orange Sweet and Rosemary

Ginger
Description:
Warm, spicy, balsamic aroma with a hint of lemon and pepper.
It has a thin consistency and the liquid is colored yellow to amber.

Can uplift the mood, combating against fatigue or mental exhaustion

Peppermint
Plant Part: Herb
This essential oil has a strong, sharp scent due to its high menthol content. It is reminiscent of slightly sweet mint used in making mentholated candies.
Blends well with Bergamot, Cedarwood, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Lime, Orange, Rosemary, Lavender and Citronella and should be used sparingly else it will overpower the the other essential oils in the finished product.
Uses: Great addition in making massage oils, soaps, creams, balms, salves, and other bath and body products. It can also be used in scent diffusers.
Note: Due to the high menthol content of this essential oil, it may crystallize. Should this happen, place the bottle in a hot water bath and change water until it returns to its liquid state.
Caution: This product should be diluted in a carrier oil or base oil prior to use. It can cause skin irritation to some individuals with sensitive skin therefore a patch test is recommended. Tea Tree Oil
