Join Lasse as he leads you through a discovery of the most powerful force in your life, your breath. The aim is to awaken the breathing muscles and develop proper breathing habits through the practice of ancient yogic and qi gong techniques. This has the dual effect of expanding your lung capacity and while creating an elegant, graceful unconscious breath –leading to more energy, better sleep, and an overall sense of calm.
