Be guided through a safe and gentle sequence of yoga poses, combined with an introduction to breath and movement to ease lower back pain. A lecture will take you through an understanding of the structural causes of lower back pain and basic anatomy. Followed by dynamic movements and yoga poses to engage the right muscles, support the spine and develop good postural habits for everyday life. Hand-outs will be provided for the class.
